[edit] Chemistry
Chemistry for the IB Diploma (IB Study Guides) by Geoff Neuss
I (Matt Sheppard) found an old version (circa 1998) of this one very useful. Hopefully it's still good.

"Physics: Principles with Applications 6th Edition" by Douglas Giancoli, Prentice Hall fantastic book. all you need to know for physics, with examples and diagrams.
[edit] Biology
Biology for the IB Diploma (IB Study Guides) by Andrew Allott
This one seems to have a very good reputation, and it's from the series I used for Chem and Physics, but having never done Biology, I can't say much else. (Matt Sheppard)

Biology, Sixth Edition by Neil A. Campbell, Jane B. Reece
In my opinion, "Biology" by Neil Campbell and Jane Reece is by far the best
textbook for biology. It is published by Benjamin Cummings, and I think the
most recent edition is the 6th edition, but earlier editions are still
abundant, cheap, and very useable. I believe Campbell recently died so
there won't be any newer editions coming out (this is just a rumor I heard
though, it may not be true.) Almost every major university I've ever been
to or heard about uses this textbook, and while it does not follow the IB
curriculum exactly, because it is so thorough it has almost all the
information IB expects students to know and much, MUCH, more. It would
require some minor supplementation though by the teacher for some of the
more obscure IB topics. (Matthew Smith)

[edit] English
English for the International Baccalaureate Diploma by Steven Croft, Helen Croft, Elizabeth Druce
I have never seen it, but it's from a series I found useful back in the day (1998). I can't really imagine what a book like this would have in it. English is not really like the science subects (Matt Sheppard)

Theory of Knowledge for the IB Diploma by Richard van de Lagemaat
I (Matt Sheppard) have never seen it, but it's from a series I found useful back in the day (1998).

[edit] Mathematics
Mathematics HL & SL With HL Options by Peter Smythe
This guy was my maths teacher back in school, and although I've not seen this book (I assume it's based on his old class notes), I can't recomend it highly enough. Unfortunatly I have no idea where you can buy it (When I made these links, Amazon.com said it wasn't avaliable, but to check back later, where as amazon.co.uk did not have it listed at all).
